Secure ERP access for PNG and the Pacific

Your ERP, fast and secure from every site.

Orders, stock, invoicing and payroll all run through your ERP. When it freezes at a branch or drops when a link fails, the business stops. We connect every office, branch and remote worker to your ERP over two links, with zero trust security and 24/7 monitoring, wherever your ERP is hosted.

ERP traffic gets its own priority lane, so the order saves instantly, even while updates and video share the same link.

Sound familiar?

The ERP problems we fix most often in the Pacific.

The problem

The ERP freezes at the branches

Orders take minutes to save because updates, video and backups fight for the same link.

What we deliver

ERP traffic always goes first

Priority lanes keep orders, stock and payments fast, even on busy or long-distance links.

The problem

One link or one firewall stops everything

When the fibre drops or a device fails, nobody can reach the ERP until it is fixed.

What we deliver

Two links, switching automatically

Every site runs on two links and traffic moves across in under a second, tested before go-live.

The problem

Remote staff are stuck on a slow VPN

Sales reps and managers struggle to connect, or get access to far more of the network than they need.

What we deliver

Zero trust access to the ERP only

Approved people on healthy devices reach the ERP from anywhere, and nothing else.

The problem

Nobody can see what is going wrong

Is it the ERP, the link or the site? Troubleshooting turns into guesswork and finger-pointing.

What we deliver

One clear view, watched 24/7

Response times for every site and link, monitored by our engineers around the clock.

What we do

Four things that make your ERP reliable from anywhere.

01

Priority lanes for ERP

We recognise ERP traffic and give it first place on every link, ahead of updates, video and backups.

Faster orders at every branch
02

Two links, automatic failover

Fibre, 4G, Starlink or two carriers together, so one outage never cuts a site off from the ERP.

No more downtime from one link
03

A secure path into your ERP

An encrypted, firewalled connection from every site straight to where the ERP is hosted.

Protected end to end
04

Zero trust for remote staff

People and devices are checked before they connect, and they reach the ERP only.

For ERP providers and resellers

Your software is only as good as the connection to it.

If you sell, host or support an ERP for customers in PNG and the Pacific, slow or dropped connections get blamed on your product. We partner with ERP providers to make sure every customer site connects properly.

Talk to us about partnering▶ Watch: how we work with ERP providers (1:20)
  • Fewer support calls about “the system is slow” that turn out to be the network.

  • Faster go-lives, with sites connected and tested before your rollout.
  • One local partner on the ground across PNG, Fiji and the Pacific.

How we deliver it

  1. Free ERP access review

We look at how each site and remote user reaches your ERP today, and where it slows down or could fail.

  2. Design and test

We design the links, security and priorities around your ERP, and prove the design before it touches your business.

  3. Roll out site by site

Each site moves across with minimal disruption, and we test failover before calling it done.

  4. Managed 24/7

We monitor every site and link around the clock, and share clear reports with your team.

FAQ

ERP access questions we often hear

Can’t see your question? Ask an engineer.

Why is our ERP slow at the branches but fine at head office?

Usually the branch link is shared with updates, video and backups, or traffic travels a long way over one congested path. We give ERP traffic priority and use the best available link, so branches get head-office speed.

Does it matter which ERP we use?

No. We work with any ERP, whether it is hosted in the public cloud, in a data centre, in your own server room or on your ERP provider’s platform.

What happens if a link fails?

Every site runs on two links. If one fails, traffic moves to the other in under a second, so staff keep working. We test this before go-live.

How do remote staff reach the ERP securely?

With zero trust access (ZTNA). We check who they are and that their device is healthy, then give them access to the ERP only, not the whole office network.

Does this work over Starlink and 4G in PNG?

Yes. We combine fibre, 4G/5G, Starlink and other links, and keep ERP traffic fast and secure over all of them.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of sites. We test the design first, then move sites across one at a time with minimal disruption.

We are an ERP provider. Can we partner with you?

Yes. We work with ERP providers and resellers so their customers in PNG and the Pacific get a reliable, secure connection, with fewer network issues blamed on the software.
